Sarah Zaman is a primary school teacher of over twenty years who has always had a passion for computing.
She now works as part of a team of Community Outreach Managers for Computing At School, working hard to increase teacher support networks in computing in the North East.
In addition to this, she also works for the DFE funded National Centre for Computing Education, promoting and providing guidance to teachers in the North East on the computing CPD courses and fully funded bespoke support available to their schools.. She also supports the hubs in facilitating some of their primary Computing CPD courses.
Brief description of session:
Come and program the solar system in Python on a Raspberry Pi and create your own planets in Minecraft. This session is a hands on session so plug in your Raspberry and come and have some fun.
